House Rules

To ensure a pleasant and respectful environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules outlined below:

1. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (noon)

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking & Payment

• A valid ID or passport is required at check-in.

• Full payment may be required at check-in unless otherwise arranged.

• Prices are based on room occupancy; extra guests may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival (unless specified differently on your booking platform).

• No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the first night’s rate.

4. Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

5. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

• Designated smoking areas are available outside.

6. Visitors

• For safety and security, outside guests are not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval from management.

• Visitors must leave the premises by 10:00 PM.

7. Damages & Lost Items

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property during their stay.

• Please inform staff immediately of any issues or breakages.

• Archaic House is not responsible for lost or stolen items; please use the in-room storage or ask about secure storage options.

8. Housekeeping

• Rooms are cleaned upon request or according to your booking agreement.

• Linen and towel changes are provided every 2–3 days or upon request to support eco-friendly practices.

9. Use of Facilities

• Wi-Fi, printing, and photocopying services are available for guest use.

• Common areas are shared — please keep them tidy and respectful for others.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities, including drug use or commercial work, are strictly prohibited.

• Any behavior that disturbs other guests or damages the reputation of Archaic House may result in immediate eviction without refund.
